你知道台灣輸注FFP 有多少人"沒"評估過 PT/aPTT?

答案是"超過20%"！。英國有一份調查報告，有8%沒做過。台灣該誰來調查這個事情？

某醫院98年醫檢年會海報論文：依據健保住院資料庫探討輸用新鮮冷凍血漿(FFP)病患測試PT/aPTT之比例

• 結果內容：於資料庫中所有申請輸注FFP筆數共有152,712筆,分別由100,278人次申請,其中完全沒有檢測INR及aPTT之筆數就有32,380筆,佔全部輸注FFP筆數之21.2%;而這些完全沒有檢測INR及aPTT之筆數分別由24,851人次申請,佔全部申請人次之24.8%。若以FFP輸血袋數分析,在總輸注之1,394,356 袋數中,完全沒有檢測INR及aPTT之袋數為260,681袋,佔全部輸注FFP袋數之18.7%.
